The EmployerOur client is the authorized dealer for automotive batteries and lubricants under the Tesla Power USA brand in the UAE.You Will Be Responsible For
  • Understanding the market needs and analyzing data to devise and implement processes that optimise retail operations.
  • Identifying and streamlining retail processes to improve store productivity and enhance employee and client experience.
  • Ensuring all projects and policies conform to brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensuring that the retail training and development strategies are deployed effectively.
  • Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and brand consistency.
  • Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
The Profile
  • You have at least 3 years experience within a Retail Operations or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Automotive, Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability /Manufacturing industry and Solar Industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of automotive sector, renewable energy sector & Solar Sector.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
