Job Title: Sales Engineer with Engineering ExperienceLocation: Dubai, UAECompany: Handyhelper Property MaintenanceJob Type: Full-time, On-site/HybridAbout the Role:Handyhelper Property Maintenance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong engineering background to join our team in Dubai. This full-time role offers the flexibility of some remote work and involves overseeing on-site projects, ensuring quality control, and effectively communicating with clients, contractors, and team members. A company car will be provided, along with a competitive salary plus commission.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Client Relations:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
2. Project Management:
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth project execution.
3. Site Supervision:
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure seamless project flow.
4. Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
  • Keep detailed records of site activities, variations, and any modifications to the original project scope.
5. Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-standard fit-out projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
6. Fit-out Expertise:
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and techniques to provide valuable insights during project planning and execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in engineering or architecture is required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of engineering experience, preferably in fit-out projects.
  • Proven experience in fit-out projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of fit-out processes.
  • Valid driving license is a must.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
