See the world in Your Own Way.About The RoleFocus on development of new businessManaging the full sales cycle as well as building relationships with clients at all levelsResponsible for looking after the assigned region, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.Responsible for managing a team of Sales Managers, assisting with training and developmentGeneration of a portfolio of clients who charter on private jetsCold- calling/emailing/meeting new potential clientsClient relationship managementProcuring a suitable option for the customerAchievement of revenue targetsPLANMaintain and expand business in the assigned areas.Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues with clientsExpand existing customer base by recognizing and involving top tour operators and agencies within the areaCreate awareness of the products and services to magnify market influence and generate future salesDevelop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenuesImplement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfactionPrepare sales activities reports such as Sales performance reportProduce time recording reportsPROFILEMinimum 5+ years of experience in Private AviationMinimum 3 years based within the regionExperience managing team of Sales specialistsExperience in Charter Sales (Brokerage and/or Operator)Proficiency in EnglishGoal oriented
