Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Sales Cashier to join our team at IIQAF. As a Sales Cashier, you will be primarily responsible for providing detailed customer service while accurately processing payments for purchases made. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping track of sales records and monitoring inventory in the store.Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide assistance in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Handle accurate cash registers, ensuring that transactions are processed quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all sales transactions and maintain proper cash control.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory on the shelves, display racks, and backroom.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  • Answer any questions customers have regarding products or pricing.
  • Assist with customer returns/exchanges and merchandise transfers.
  • Exercise sound judgment when resolving customer issues.
  • Any other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics and proper cash handling.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
  • Previous cashiering experience is desired.
