Job Description

Project Management:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned RPA projects.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign them to team members.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues proactively.
  • Manage project scope, ensuring all requirements are met within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Manage vendor relationships (if applicable), ensuring they deliver services according to project requirements.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for future projects.
RPA Expertise:
  • Identify and analyze business processes with potential for automation using UiPath.
  • Design and document RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, including workflows, exception handling, and data mapping.
  • Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for UiPath development.
  • Stay up-to-date on UiPath best practices, new features, and emerging RPA technologies.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or automation domain.6+ years of experience working with UiPath specifically.Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.Certified UiPath Professional (UCP) or equivalent experience is a strong plus.Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
