  • Manage daily boutique operations and team of Client Advisors and Stock Associates.
  • Set and exceed boutique KPIs and client experience standards.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and facilitate career development.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional client service.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock efficiently, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Implement company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in luxury beauty management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment and uphold brand values.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
