Job Description

Parisima Talent is hiring with one of our clients in hospitality.Position: Restaurant SupervisorJob location: DubaiSalary: AED 4500 (All Inclusive Total Salary)Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, providing training and guidance.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • To drive sales for drinks, dishes or specialties that the Chef wishes to promote.
  • To minimize operating costs by using all equipment and products in accordance with guidelines set and ensure all equipment are turned off at the end of each shift following closing procedures and check lists.
  • To comply with company mandatory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing and employment.
  • Schedule staff and oversee opening and closing procedures.
Job requirements:
  • Relevant experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Supervisor.
