Some of the key responsibilities: Support the Restaurant Management Team in ensuring your team/section are maintaining the high standards expected for the brand Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion Establish a close working relationship with colleagues across the restaurant, supporting where needed Ensures that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of serviceTo be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years experience as a waiter/head waiter/floor supervisor, preferably in the UAE.
