Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager & Business Development Specialist. In addition to overseeing restaurant operations similar to Nandos PERi-PERi, the ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and experience in starting and setting up restaurant businesses in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager & Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of our restaurant ventures.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with licensing, permits, and regulations for restaurant operations in Dubai.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and partners for restaurant equipment, supplies, and services.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for restaurant setup and ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to oversee the design, construction, and setup of restaurant facilities.
  • Develop marketing and branding strategies to promote restaurant awareness and attract customers in the Dubai market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to restaurant business setup and operations in Dubai.
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and performance.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies for launching and scaling restaurant operations in Dubai.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer preferences in the Dubai food industry.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of food service operations and customer service principles.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in starting and setting up restaurant businesses in Dubai, including familiarity with licensing, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
