Having launched with a branch of Pariss much-loved La Cantine du Faubourg, the brand now consists of some of the Middle Easts most exceptional culinary projects, such as Mimi Kakushi, Ninive, Lana Lusa, Gohan, Chez Wam, Tago Mago, Twiggy by La Cantine, Kyma Beach, Madeleine et Marcel, Xu, Eugene Eugene, Lolli, Blue Box Cafe, Aretha.Position Overview:As a Restaurant Manager at RIKAS Group, you will be at the heart of our restaurant operations, responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring top-notch service, and maintaining the high standards our brand is known for. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment. Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest receives outstanding service by maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and ambiance.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
