Description: The Executive-Business Development is responsible for generating new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry.The Executive-Business Development will be expected to be instrumental in supporting the Team and the ongoing effort to increase overall client base and revenue. He / she must be able to monitor data inputs, evaluate customer information and produce several varying reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.. Position Responsibilities:. Generate project/business opportunities and RFPs through customer contact to meet companys business plans and growth strategies.. Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through Closing the Deal. Track and report status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.. Lead the development and preparation of RFPs, Pre-Qualification, formal presentationsEnsure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format. Adapt to new tendencies and develop opportunities in the market.. Liaise internally with other departments such as Commercial, Operation, Finance, Human Resources.. Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues.. Assess the targeted quality of business coming in refocusing efforts if off track.. Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager. Cash Flow Management.. Commercially oriented with at least 5 years of progressive business development, sales, experience in the consumer/ FM services industry.. Must possess prior UAE work experience in a similar role.. Should be good in English preferable Bilingual English with Arabic language. . Should be highly flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.. Excellent analytical and communication skills.. Must have a valid UAE Driving License
