About Us:Aurum Organic is a thriving hydroponic farm situated in Dubai, UAE, committed to bringing sustainable, fresh, and local produce to the urban community. We specialize in cultivating high-quality salad greens and vibrant tulips, all grown with care and dedication.The Role:

  • As our Regional Sales Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by building and managing strong relationships with key partners and customers across Dubai. Youll be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies: Identify new sales opportunities, create compelling propositions, and secure deals with supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and other distribution channels.
  • Building and nurturing relationships: Establish and maintain positive connections with decision-makers, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Team leadership: Motivate and guide a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Market analysis and reporting: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, gathering and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication and collaboration: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Who You Are:
  • A dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai market and experience navigating its sales landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passionate about sustainability and the value of local food production.
  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic fluency is a plus.
