Receptionist / Admin Assistant (Temp)Job Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Assisting Guest & Clients, receiving deliveries, couriers, and arranging distribution to recipient.?Visitors gate pass, staff access card, new and renewals?Attendance Monitoring?Meeting room booking?Managing office supplies stock and place orders & Arranging office maintenance ie IT?Assisting with setting up workstations, IT setups for new hires.?General inquiries and requesting quotation from each supplier if needed?Coordinating & arranging office maintenance, IT.
