Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office flow.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptlyHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesMaintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcomingManage visitor logs and issue visitor passesSchedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendarAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopyingSupport office staff with various administrative duties as neededCoordinate with security personnel and other departments as requiredEnsure adherence to company policies and proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plusProven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to handle stressful situations with patience and tact
