Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Sales Manager at Skyline Avenue Real Estate. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. They will ensure that the sales team meets their targets and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will collaborate with other departments to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
