Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubais market.2. Valid Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification.3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.4. Strong understanding of Dubais real estate market trends and legal aspects.5. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.6. Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.8. Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.9.
