  • Must have a minimum of 2-year experience in Dubai Real Estate
  • Proven track record as a Real Estate Broker or in a similar capacity, consistently exceeding targets and successfully closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate industry, both off plan & secondary. ( we have multiple openings)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated, Target oriented with positive approach.
  • English / Arabic / French / Hindi / Urdu / Chinese / Russian.
Role Description
  • Understand the local real estate market well, including whats popular, property values, and rules.
  • Good at negotiating and talking to people, able to build lasting relationships.
  • Stay informed about whats happening in the market.
  • Really good at marketing and presenting properties using digital tools.
  • Organized and good at managing time, can handle many deals at once.
  • Desirable Candidates who have a valid real estate broker license ( Not required )
