We are looking for Experienced Sales / Real Estate Agents and we offer good package and benefits.* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential off-plan investment opportunities.* Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to determine competitive advantages.* Provide insights and recommendations for developing effective marketing and sales strategies.* Build and manage a robust network of potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.* Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers and investors, providing detailed information about off-plan properties.* Arrange property tours, site visits, and virtual presentations to showcase the value proposition of off-plan properties.* Engage in effective sales negotiations to secure purchase agreements and contracts with prospective buyers.* Facilitate a smooth closing process, coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a successful property transaction.* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.* Foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business through exemplary service and expertise.* Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.* Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.Qualifications and Requirements:* Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan property transactions.* Strong understanding of the real estate market, property development, and investment principles.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.* With atleast 1-year experience in UAE.
