Job Description

REAL ESTATE AGENT(Experienced in DUBAI, UAE)-Fixed salary plus 75% commission back-Rodschinson is a global company specialized in professional real estate brokerage. We are matchmakers in mergers & acquisitions and in real estate, our activities are similar to those of investment banks, real estate advisors and brokerage offices such as CBRE or Cushman & Wakefield.Contributing to our development roadmap we are strengthening our local presence in Dubai through BARINGS & BARCLAY (www.baringsbarclay.com), a new real estate agency.We are looking for a real estate agent BASED IN DUBAI, with experience on Dubai market, who would represent Barings & Barclay, follow up on our clients, vendors and presenting the assets to potential investors, off-plan properties and secondary market, mainly residential assets such as apartments, houses or villas.Tasks

  • Local presence representing Barings & Barclay
  • Follow-up on our clients, vendors of real estate assets
  • Presenting assets to potential investors
  • Manage prospects, leads, clients and assets in our portfolio
  • Estimation of assets
  • Customer consulting and negotiations management
  • Maintaining long term and strong client relationships
Your profile
  • Perfect English speaker, fluent in ONE of the following languages: French, Russian, Hindi
  • Currently based in Dubai
  • Minimum 5 years experience on Dubai real estate market
  • Good business sense
  • Sense of contact, negotiator, diplomat
  • Acquired business dynamism
  • Respectful and customer-focused
  • Strong business and communication skills
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and convincing
  • Willing to follow trainings
  • Good presentation
