  • Your Lead: 80% commission to you

Their expertise and commitment to excellence has helped them become one of the leading names in real estate investment in the UAE.We are seeking dedicated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai.The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and offering expertise in real property. The role involves helping clients navigate the Dubai real estate market and facilitating seamless transactions.Responsibilities:
  • Client Representation: Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on local market trends, property values, and neighborhood statistics to offer accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Property Listings: Arranging property showings, and hosting open houses.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome in terms of price and terms.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee and facilitate the entire transaction process, from initial offer through closing, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:Experience and Qualification:
  • Driving License: UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai at least for at least 1 2 years
  • Proven exprience in closing atleast 10 deals in the last 12 months
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English reading and writing
  • Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism, as well as well presented.
