Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of consumer health and hygiene through groundbreaking solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity for you to bring your ideas to life, working alongside dedicated professionals who are as committed as you are to making a real difference.Your Responsibilities

• Spearhead R & D projects with scientific precision, ensuring compliance and swift progress within interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop success criteria, manage time plans, and oversee rigorous testing, trials, and qualifications.
• Instill and demonstrate your technical skills and knowledge needed for achievement.
• Foster solid internal networks, paving the way for smooth and effective project collaboration.
• Collaborate with your team, demonstrating keen insight into our operational model, adeptly navigating priorities and resources.

The Experience Were Looking For

• Demonstrable success in R & D or related areas such as Chemical engineering, chemistry, pharma
• Strong track record of delivering on collaborative projects with meaningful impact.
• Independent decision-making prowess paired with effective influencing skills to drive project advancement.
• Acute attention to detail with exemplary leadership qualities.
• Proficient in R & D, Quality, and Manufacturing, with a thirst for digital transformation.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a consistent record of overcoming challenges.
