Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate quantity takeoffs for interior fit-out projects.Assist in drafting Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and variation reports.Coordinate with procurement teams for material quantities and specifications.Work with site execution teams to verify quantities, measurements, and changes.Support project cost control, tracking budget vs. actuals.Maintain organized project documentation and reports related to quantities and costs.RequirementsB.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.1–2 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying (preferably in interiors/fit-out).Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.Strong expertise in quantity takeoff using PlanSwift & AutoCAD.Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, measurements, and finishes is an added advantage.Male candidates preferred as per project/site requirements.
