We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in fit-out projects to manage all cost-related aspects from tendering to final accounts, ensuring commercial efficiency, accurate cost control, and value optimization.Key Responsibilities:Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation for fit-out projects.Conduct site measurements, cost tracking, and valuation of completed work.Manage subcontractor quotations, evaluations, and comparisons.Monitor project budgets, timelines, and cash flow.Prepare interim and final payments for subcontractors and clients.Identify and manage variations, claims, and contract negotiations.Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE or GCC.Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts (FIDIC), and procurement processes.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
