The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling costs for various construction projects. The role involves conducting site visits, creating cost estimates, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), managing cost reports, and implementing cost planning strategies.Qualifications

  • Cost Control, BOQ, and Cost Management skills
  • Experience in creating cost estimates and cost reports
  • Cost Planning and budgeting experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of relevant construction laws and regulations
  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or Architect / Bachelor of Engineering in a related field
  • Professional certifications such as RICS or Chartered Surveyor Certification are a plus
  • UAE Experience in Fit Out project is mandatory.(Minimum 2 years)
  • Should have good knowledge about the UAE Fit-out procurements.
  • Knowledge about pre and post-fit-out contract works.
  • Well knowledge in construction software.(Autocad, Revit , MS office etc)
