UECCs highly skilled team and innovative construction methods have earned them a competitive edge in the industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor located in Dubai, UAE. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
  • Experience in managing budgets and costs for construction projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software programs such as Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with Dubais construction industry and regulations is a plus
