Ensure adherence, from all colleagues, to all quality assurance guidelines and measures. Daily and weekly tours of the resort for thorough inspections of all back and front of house areas. Identify areas of improvement. Develop new procedures and processes to eliminate problems. Keep accurate documentation of the inspections and quality checks. Analyze feedback shared by guests on social media platforms: TripAdvisor, Guest Voice, Booking.com, Expedia.com. Responsible for creating weekly Quality power point presentations to analyze guest feedback with key quality team players. Update the daily Quality slide on the Commitment to Excellence booklet including information on LQA, Guest Feedback and GXP. Responsible for daily colleagues recognition on behalf of the Executive Offices.
