Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal requirements and industry standards.Lead risk assessments and ensure proper mitigation measures are in place.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor safety practices and compliance.Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformances; prepare reports and implement corrective actions.Promote safety awareness and training among staff and subcontractors.Ensure all projects comply with local labor laws, safety regulations, and client requirements.Monitor and review QHSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management.Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure safety protocols are adhered to.Oversee emergency response procedures and preparedness plans.Maintain documentation and records related to QHSE activities.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in contracting/construction industry.Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).Proven leadership and communication skills.Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor.Ability to conduct training and safety inductions.Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
