The QC Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the quality control activities on-site or in the workshop, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. They lead a team of QC inspectors, coordinate inspection activities, and ensure timely resolution of quality issues to maintain the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the QC inspection team to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.Develop and implement inspection and testing plans.Review and verify inspection and test reports.Coordinate with construction, engineering, and procurement teams on quality-related matters.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance.Identify, document, and report non-conformances, and facilitate corrective actions.Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained and up-to-date.Assist in the review of material and equipment certifications.Ensure safety protocols are followed during inspection activities.Provide training and guidance to QC inspectors.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field.Certifications in Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, etc.) preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in quality control tools and software.
