Job Description

Purchase & Stores OfficerResponsibilities:• Manage procurement of school supplies and materials.• Maintain and monitor inventory levels.• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods.• Keep accurate records of purchases, quotations, and stock levels.Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business or related field.• Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing & inventory management (preferably in a school or similar institution).• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.• Proficient in MS Office and inventory software.
