Public Relations Officer

10.00 to 12.00 Years United Arab Emirates, Dubai 22 Feb, 2024

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate government-related tasks such as employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, and business licenses.
Respond promptly to the needs of our employees and their families regarding government-related services.
Administer various visa and residency processes for employees and their dependents.
Maintain relationships with government authorities and provide expert advice on visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with finance department rules and controls.
Stay updated on changes in government regulations and handle tasks efficiently on short notice.
Assist with government court processes and deliver sales invoices to customers as directed.
Collect cheques from customers and provide support to the credit controller as needed.

Responsibilities:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of government organizations.
Educational background: at least completion of Secondary Education.
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic is essential.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
High integrity and ethical conduct at all times.
