Position: Head of Department (HOD) – Primary LevelKey Responsibilities:– Lead and manage the department to ensure effective teaching and learning.– Design and implement curriculum plans aligned with the school’s educational standards.– Supervise, mentor, and support teachers in the department for continuous professional development.– Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their academic growth.– Maintain effective communication with parents and participate in school-wide activities and events.– Ensure the overall academic success and well-being of students in the department.Eligibility Criteria:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE in the respective subject.Education:– A regular 3-year Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.– A 2-year Master’s degree in the same subject.– A B.Ed. qualification in the relevant subject.– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.– Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and curriculum development.– Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
