Job Description

As a Property Consultant at Shanyraq Properties, you will be instrumental in driving property transactions within Dubais dynamic real estate market. Your role will encompass building strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, and facilitating the buying, selling, renting, or leasing of residential and commercial properties.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, comprehending their property requirements and preferences.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance, enabling clients to make well-informed decisions.
Property Listings:
  • Research and maintain property listings, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Craft appealing property advertisements to effectively market listings.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about Dubais real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Utilize market knowledge to provide clients with valuable insights.
Property Presentation:
  • Present properties to clients and investors professionally and compellingly.
  • Emphasize property features and benefits effectively.
Negotiation:
  • Assist in price negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
  • Strive to secure favorable terms for clients.
Documentation and Legal Compliance:
  • Ensure all legal and contractual requirements are satisfied during property transactions.
  • Oversee the completion of necessary paperwork.
Sales and Targets:
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and revenue goals set by Shanyraq Properties.
  • Continuously seek new business opportunities.
Networking:
  • Expand your network of clients, property developers, and industry professionals.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to foster relationships and stay connected.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, real estate, marketing) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields within Dubai.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubais property market, including familiarity with various communities and developments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with the legal and contractual aspects of property transactions.
  • A well-developed network and relationships within Dubais real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
  • A UAE drivers license and access to a vehicle is often preferred.
