As a Property Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate needs, providing expert guidance, and helping them make informed decisions. Your expertise in the real estate market and exceptional interpersonal skills will be essential in delivering exceptional client service.Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with local and national real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Property Sourcing: Identify suitable properties that match client specifications, considering location, price, and property features.
• Property Presentations: Prepare and present property listings to clients, providing detailed information and answering any questions or concerns.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate purchase prices and rental terms on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of real estate professionals, including realtors, brokers, and property developers, to enhance your knowledge and resources.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns promptly.

• Bachelors degree (any).
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Advisor or a similar role in the real estate industry in Dubai.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
• Driving license valid in the UAE and vehicle (preferred).
• Multilingual is a plus.
