Job Description

Do you want to join a global design company that is growing rapidly and further your career in an international environment We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager - Site supervision to join our acoustic team in Dubai.About The JobYour purpose as Project Manager Site supervision is to ensure clear communication on projects and be the link between sales, designer, and production team. Furthermore, your role includes supporting stakeholders on mid-scale to complex projects, from inception to implementation.Your main taskswill include:

  • Plan project work by collecting requirements, defining scope, estimate cost / defining cost, estimate activities & durations, plan resources, identify risk to create the various project baselines.
  • Identify stakeholders and plan stakeholder engagement.
  • Direct and manage project work using commercial, contractual, program / time awareness and technical knowledge. Ensuring the project objectives meet the quality acceptance criteria and keeps pace with project timescales.
  • Control project work and monitor baselines to verify deliverables. Validate scope to obtain accepted deliverables and close project on time and to budget.
  • Work with the Regional Manager and other stakeholders to ensure forecasting & strategy for projects are aligned.
Other responsibility includes:
  • Being responsible for the project master tracker and active projects in D365.
  • Ensure that all contracts are within the global contract standard framework T&C
  • Ensure contract exceptions are agreed and highlighted to the manager for risk mitigation.
  • Overseeing project execution, including meeting client/contractor expectations, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Oversee timeline, exemptions, critical milestones, and capacity allocation together with central support in Poland.
  • Schedule and coordination for field installers.
  • Oversee financial Management of all projects in FO, while working with the financial team on accounts receivables.
  • Work with the Warehouse team, oversee supply chain logistics, inventory management and procurement to ensure timely local product delivery while optimizing costs.
Qualifications & CompetenciesYou hold a construction-related education combined with project management experience. Minimum bachelors in management. Architecture or design degree will be preferred. You have at least three - five years of experience in leading and managing Mid to large scale projects.Competencies:
  • Self-driven with a professional approach to managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach to deliver projects.
  • A good commercial understanding of project delivery to secure project finance and meet contract obligations.
  • Balance of ethical, interpersonal and conceptual skills in order to analyze and interact appropriately.
  • Enjoys working in a company with high demands to quality and growth.
  • Thrives on taking responsibility and influencing results.
