Lift Mart is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of elevator and escalator installation projects across multiple active sites.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee full site execution from mobilization to handover• Manage supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and manpower planning• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering for drawings, deliveries, and technical support• Conduct site surveys, progress monitoring, and client/consultant meetings• Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC, and project specifications• Manage snag lists and handover to Service DepartmentRequirements:• 8–10 years of experience in elevator/escalator installation within the UAE/GCC• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role• Strong understanding of installation processes and civil readiness• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills• Engineering or construction-related background preferredCandidate should hold a valid driving license.
