Job Description

FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Supervising chargehands, machine operators, carpenters & helpers to execute their duties.
  • Manpower control- chargehands, foremen, machine operators, carpenters & helpers
  • Analyzing shop drawings and cutting list before issuance to designated chargehands.
  • Giving ideas to chargehands and working on how to cut & assemble before starting mass production.
  • Monitoring all workers for proper way of working & basic safety training as well.
  • Making full size layout for loose furniture / mock ups.
  • Monitoring all factory machines.
  • Requisition of suitable machine tools to production
  • Quality Control- Incoming & outgoing materials. Ensure quality & details of finish items before transferring to paintshop section.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
  • Graduate. Extensive knowledge in joinery & interiors works.
  • Flexible and can work with less supervision
  • Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the companys Integrated Management System Policy.
