Job Description

Production CoordinatorJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Develop and maintain production schedules and timelines.•Coordinate meetings, calls, and on-set logistics for the production team.•Act as the primary liaison between departments, vendors, and crew.•Ensure all stakeholders are informed of changes or updates to the production plan.•Arrange for equipment rentals, permits, travel, and accommodations.•Oversee the transportation of crew, cast, and equipment to shooting locations.•Manage production documents, including call sheets, production reports, and contracts.•Track budgets, expenditures, and invoices in collaboration with the accounting team.•Facilitate the onboarding of crew members and ensure they have necessary resources.•Assist in scheduling and coordinating cast rehearsals and shoots.•Address any issues that arise during production, finding solutions to keep the project on track.Qualifications and Skills :•Education: Bachelors degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).•2-3 years of experience in production or media-related roles.•Familiarity with industry software, such as Movie Magic Scheduling, Excel, or other project management tools.•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•Knowledge of media production workflows and terminology.
