Responsibilities1. Responsible for Procurement products design, deployment and improvement, including but not limited to Marketplace, Procurement Platform, Resource Management System and other functional businesses;2. Develop and manage product strategy, roadmap, and goals for large cross-functional areas of procurement product; solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams;3. Define and analyze metrics, perform meticulous, retrospective, and prospective analysis of product performance;4. Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating market trends globally;5. Coordinate with and promote cooperative Product R&D teams based in China and English-speaking countries and collaborative team resources to promote the implementation of product solutions and ensure the progress of the project.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications1. Bachelors degree or above,minimum of three years of product experience;2. A profound understanding of enterprise application products combined with a strong sense of ownership, innovation, self-driven and a results-focused mentality.Preferred Qualifications1. Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions, and reach challenging goals in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills;2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster trusted relationships with cross-functional teams to promote collaborative success;3. Have experience in internal procurement products in the internet or technology industries.
