Job Description

Being a Product Manager in Dubai can be a bit complicated, rightLets be honest - lots of companies dont know what you do or the value that you undeniably bring to them.But, thankfully, the business weve partnered up with arent one of these businesses.In typical Nameless Ventures fashion, though, we cant tell you much about who the company are as theyre currently in stealth mode and preparing for a huge launch in the coming months so everything is nice and secretive.What we will say, though, is that theyre an early stage startup that are building an incredible multi-sided platform from scratch in the music industry with a tonne of potential to explode in popularity.Heres who theyre looking for:

  • Someone with commercial experience of working on a multi-sided platform that has both a B2B and B2C element (ideally matching both of these sets of customers together).
  • Someone with experience of working within a startup environment who understands the chaos that sometimes entails.
Heres whats on offer:
  • An initial salary of 12-15k AED (with a 6-12 month salary review included in the contract).
  • A 20% annual bonus.
  • Significant equity within the business (single digit percentage).
  • Hybrid working setup within Dubai - guaranteed remote working days every single week that suit your needs.
