AIQU is hiring for a Procurement Specialist , Dubai, United Arab Emirates work location.Job Details:Role: Procurement SpecialistWork Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesStart Date: ImmediateSalary & Benefits: (Negotiable based on the expertise)Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience with Ariba, specifically in processing Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor registration. This is an immediate requirement, and the candidate should be available to start right away.Key Responsibilities:

  • PO Processing in Ariba: Manage the entire purchase order process within Ariba, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Vendor Registration: Handle vendor registration processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed and up to date.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best terms and conditions for the company.
  • Procurement Documentation: Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
  • Coordination: Work closely with various departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and manage procurement costs, striving for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with local and international regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, with hands-on experience using Ariba.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of purchase order processing, vendor registration, and supplier management.
  • Location: Must be based in the UAE.
  • Availability: Immediate availability is a must.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
