Procurement AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Assist in sourcing and procuring goods and services in line with company requirements.•Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials.•Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.•Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and reliable suppliers.•Support supplier evaluations, negotiations, and performance tracking.•Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Skills :•Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).•Strong understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain management.•Skilled in preparing and analyzing purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.•Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.•A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field•Knowledge of procurement regulations and standards is a plus.
