Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team. As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Your main responsibilities will include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and promoting a love for learning. We are looking for an individual who is patient, creative, and possesses excellent communication skills.Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum -
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students, catering to different learning styles and abilities -
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians -
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and supports individual student needs -
  • Develop and maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns -
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum initiatives and school events -
  • Stay up to date with educational best practices and utilize innovative approaches to enhance the teaching and learning experience
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Education or a related field -
  • Valid teaching certification or license -
  • Proven experience working with primary school students -
  • Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methods -
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans -
  • Patience and the ability to manage a classroom effectively -
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students
