• Youll take charge of the day-to-day operation of our pool bar and lounge, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the vibe is just right.
• Organizing weekly rosters, ensuring the bar is always stocked and sparkling, and checking that every setup is perfect before the fun begins will be your expertise.
• You will coach your team to excel, focusing on behavior, service skills, and overall readiness to impress.
• Maintaining a spotless, safe, and hazard-free bar is your responsibility, ensuring that everything meets Mama-level cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming guests with a warm smile, handling special requests with flair, and addressing any complaints with grace will be key to making every guest feel like a VIP.
• Leading with a sales mindset, youll show your team how to boost revenue while keeping the atmosphere fun and inviting.
• You will foster a great work environment, collaborate with other departments, and be flexible to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel.
