  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and constraints
  • Conduct regular monitoring and tracking of project progress, ensuring adherence to established schedules and milestones
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and quality
  • Perform critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and variance analysis to assess project performance
  • Generate detailed reports and provide project updates to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommended adjustments
  • Coordinate resource allocation and optimization to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project planning processes and methodologies
Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field
  • PMP/PSP certification is an advantage
  • Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role, demonstrating successful project planning and execution
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools. Such as and not limited to (P6, advanced in Excel and Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
