Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Planner at BELYOAHAH Arch.&Eng. Consultant. The Planner will be responsible for reviewing programme, monitoring project progress, reviewing / assessment to Contractor claims of EOT, preparing progress reportetc. The Planner will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Planner in a related industry (min five years in Dubai)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Primavera (P6), and Microsoft Office application.
