Job Description

SearchPlus HR, a leading human resources consulting firm, is currently hiring a Physical and Rehabilitation Physician. As a Physical and Rehabilitation Physician you will play a crucial role in providing specialized medical care and rehabilitation services to patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or conditions that require rehabilitative treatment.In this role, you will utilize your extensive medical knowledge and expertise to evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, and develop customized treatment plans. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and coordinated care, emphasizing functional improvement, pain management, and overall well-being.Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients medical history, physical impairments, and functional limitations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
  • Diagnose and treat physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions that require rehabilitation
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients specific needs and goals
  • Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and interventions to support patients recovery and rehabilitation
  • Monitor patients progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of physical and rehabilitation medicine
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Physical and Rehabilitation Physician
  • Residency training in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions requiring rehabilitation
  • Extensive knowledge of physical medicine and rehabilitation principles, practices, and treatment modalities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in the field
