If youre passionate about recruitment, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture, this role is made for you!Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Your primary responsibility will be to manage our employee recruitment process from start to finish . Youll maintain an organized database of resumes to meet our future recruitment needs and assist in hiring the best talent for our hotel . From coordinating interviews to managing employee arrivals, youll ensure every step runs smoothly .
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees will be key to your role . Youll work closely with all departments to handle HR-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination and communication .
  • On the operational side, youll assist with visas and handle the arrival process for new employees . Youll also keep employee files up to date and manage departmental records, ensuring everything is documented and organized .
  • Your role also includes tracking annual and sick leave accruals , ensuring accurate HR processes are followed and helping the team with any administrative tasks they might need assistance with .
  • Youll communicate with clarity and professionalism at all times, both verbally and in writing . By fostering positive relationships with your team members and other departments, youll help the hotel run smoothly and effectively .
  • Youll be responsible for maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters . Youll also ensure that all health, safety, security, and fire regulations are followed
  • Youll contribute positively to the team dynamic, always showing enthusiasm and a willingness to help others .
