  • Lead and manage a Payroll team, overseeing their workload and providing support.
  • Conduct HR activities such as performance reviews and development discussions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the team and clients, handling escalations and ensuring swift issue resolution.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, set a good example, and share best practices with the team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, striving for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation and compliance, ensuring changes are implemented in team processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, remittances, filings, and employee payments.
  • Oversee daily work, ensuring timely and proper receipt of client data.
  • Support the team with complex matters and ensure accurate payroll calculations and reporting.
  • Attend client meetings to address service issues and provide solutions.
  • Manage the processing and reporting of benefits, including health insurance and pensions.
  • Use Enate for payroll checks and ensure timely response to cases and tickets.
  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures in payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with Payroll Managers and On-Boarding Manager for smooth transition of work.
  • Assist the Internal Accounting team with billing, debt collection, and work-in-progress (WIP) management.
  • Ensure accurate client billing and handle budgeting for out-of-scope work.
  • Monitor charge-out rates and productivity, taking necessary actions.
Key Requirements
  • 5-7 years of working experience in payroll
  • excellent labor law knowledge

  • No customer escalations or complaints.
