By upholding our values of respect, excellence, collaboration and integrity Al-Futtaim Group continues to enrich the lives and aspirations of our customers each and every dayOverview of the role:Fulfils the needs of the customers who visit the workshop and Parts Sales Centre by understanding their requirements, identifying the parts required from the parts catalogue and performing the sales transactions in the computer system.What you will do:

• Advises the customers on replacement of related parts and benefits of using genuine parts.
• Ensures that the quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts are performed as per the standard operating procedure.
• Follows-up back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensures that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
• Inspects all received items on delivery to the warehouse to ensure that they meet quality standards and are in accordance with orders placed.
• Arranges transportation and packing material for parts to be dispatched to the branches to ensure they reach their destinations without damage.
• Ensures that warehouse systems and targets are achieved and that parts are stored according to the storage / bin systems that are in place.
• Participates in annual stock checks and prepares discrepancy reports to enable Warehouse Manager to take corrective action if required.

Required Skills to be successful:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience within Automotive spare parts operations, preferably in a multi brand environment.
• Proficient with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC).
• Good process knowledge in Warehouse management including perpetual, annual stock inventory and effective stock management processes.
• Experience in procuring and expanding the parts stock level in a cost-effective way.
• Ability to speak, write and read English to deal with vendors, external and internal customers.
• Working knowledge of MS office, SAP knowledge preferred.

About the Team:You will be reporting to Parts Manager.What equips you for the role:

• Diploma or Degree in : Technical / Diploma / Bachelor Degree/ Automotive Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years experience within spare parts operations, preferably at an automotive
• PC literate knowledge of SAP systems
• Relationship builder the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.
• Good command of the English language
• Professional personal appearance.
