Job Description

FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Controlling all painters, machine operators & helpers in the paintshop section
  • Inspecting sanding section
  • Monitoring base coat section
  • Preparing color sample & design / artworks
  • Monitoring paint mixing and instructing spray painters to match approved color sample
  • Checking quality & quantity of finish products
  • Inspecting incoming paint materials- paint quality
  • Inspecting and sure quality of paint in all level of the process- sanding, base coat, coloring and final coating.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
  • Graduate. Extensive knowledge in painting joinery & interiors works.
  • Computer Literate. Able to read and understand CAD drawings. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Flexible and can work with less supervision
  • Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the companys Integrated Management System Policy.
